Relay Teams

Relay teams welcomed!  Three team members will share the race course.  One person to kayak, one to bike, one to run.  


Short-Course:  15 miles of kayaking, 135 miles of biking, 52 miles of running.

Long-Course:  30 miles of kayaking, 248 miles of biking, 106 miles of running.

Relay members will participate one at a time, and will tag in and out at the main transitions.  Relay teams may self-crew.

All relay teams are in one division (single-gender and mixed-gender are all together).
